These Terms govern your access to and use of Trivia Tussle on web and mobile platforms. By using Trivia Tussle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and access

Trivia Tussle supports guest or authenticated access paths. You are responsible for activity through your account or device and for maintaining the security of your access credentials.

Acceptable use

You may not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with scoring, abuse shared-link features, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, use bots to manipulate rankings, or violate applicable law.

You also may not use automation, scripts, scraping, repeated artificial attempts, or other behavior intended to inflate scores, create invalid traffic, manipulate ad impressions, or make Trivia Tussle unavailable or unreliable for other players.

Shared quizzes and results

Shared quiz and challenge links are intended for fair casual play. Do not use shared features for harassment, spam, infringement, or unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Trivia Tussle relies on third-party services such as authentication, hosting, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and advertising providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Advertising

Trivia Tussle may display advertising on eligible content screens, including quiz gameplay after trivia content is visible and review pages with meaningful recap content. Ads should not be treated as answer choices, controls, downloads, rewards, or navigation. Do not click ads to support the service or encourage others to do so.
