What to include

For support issues, include your platform, browser or app version when known, the quiz or challenge link if relevant, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details.

Gameplay and quiz reports

If a question looks incorrect, confusing, duplicated, or out of date, include the category, the exact question text if you can see it, the answer choices, and why you believe the answer should be reviewed. This helps us investigate without needing access to your private account details.

Account, privacy, and legal requests

For account access or privacy requests, describe the device or browser you used and the type of request you are making. Trivia Tussle may need enough information to locate the relevant account or guest identifier, but you should not email passwords, payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request a secure process.

Advertising or policy concerns

If you see an advertisement placement that appears too close to quiz controls, appears on a loading or error screen, or otherwise looks confusing, send the page or mode name, a screenshot if available, and the approximate time you saw it.
