These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trivia Tussle on web and mobile platforms. By using Trivia Tussle, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trivia Tussle, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and Guest Access
Trivia Tussle creates anonymous accounts for interactive play and may offer Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity through your account or device and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or try to take over another account.
3. Gameplay and Shared Links
Scores, rankings, badges, XP, rewards, and results are game features for entertainment and may change when errors are corrected or the Service is updated. Shared quiz and game links are unlisted rather than private; anyone with the link or identifier may be able to open the information exposed by that feature.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Do not cheat, automate play, manipulate scores or advertising activity, scrape protected data, probe accounts or infrastructure without authorization, distribute malicious code, evade limits, harass people, spam shared links, infringe rights, or disrupt the Service.
5. Questions, Sources, and Corrections
Trivia questions and learning resources may be corrected, clarified, retired, or replaced. A correction report should identify the prompt or page and explain the issue; do not include passwords or unrelated sensitive information. See the Question Quality guide for the reporting path.
6. Advertising
Web advertising is currently disabled. Native or future web advertising may appear only where the applicable product, consent, and safety controls permit it. Ads are not answers, navigation, downloads, support links, or a way to influence scores. Do not click an ad to support the Service or encourage artificial ad interaction.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Trivia Tussle relies on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and advertising providers, and may link to third-party destinations. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Service Availability and Changes
Features may vary by platform, region, account state, or app version. The Service may be changed, corrected, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. No specific score, rank, reward, shared link, or result is guaranteed to remain available permanently.
9. Suspension and Stopping Use
You may stop using the Service at any time. Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these rules. Account and data choices are described in the Privacy Policy and Delete Account guide.
10. Service Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date, with additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
